i was talking to my dad last night and he told me theres a recall on my ford focus so he would have to take it in the next morning. he was also saying that he didnt expect my cougar to come in until the end of the year....anyways, this morning he left with the focus...and a few hours later he pulled in the driveway with MY BRAND NEW COUGAR XR!!!!!!! im about to grab the digital camera and post some pics for you guys to drool over:biggrin: damn its hot.

Where do you live? Leo is having a question about power steering pumps and id need to see your '02 to answer him. Maybe I could stop by to take a peek at it since we have no meets schedualed for a while.

yeah, thatd be fine. if i remember it was about a 25 minute drive from my house to yours. Im in west bloomfield around long lake and orchard lake. Im pretty much open this weekend so PM me if you wanna set a date and ill give u directions.

Hey I live in West Bloomfield (Lone Pine and Middlebelt) as well, although, I do go to school in East Lansing. Anyways, I think I'm gonna come home this weekend and if you're around would love to come by and check out the ride. Hey Tom, I don't know if any of the guys told you, but I heard you had to wait quite a while for your XR. There was one at my local Mercury dealer, (Richmond, MI) that sat there for about a month. I just thought it was kinda comical. The thing was loaded to with the MTX. Later

cmac: yeah, while i was waiting for my coug, i actually visited an XR at a dealer in New Haven. The thing is, since my dad works for ford, we lease directly from the company.
