What to change guages?

I can't seem to find a how-to on changing guages. I just got mine and I need to know what to remove to get to the guage faces. If anyone has pictures on how to do this, please post some. Thanks!!

Would the focus guages work on our cars, and would they light up? Has anyone done this and how does it look?
