Is there any way to rewire the fog lights so that they stay on when I turn my high beams on

i live in a redneck town in Indiana, they're more worried about the MAJOR drup import/export around here then my fog lights

who cares if its illegal? u turb ur highs off when ur approaching someone anyway..
