NECO decals

i have tried emailing rtheoret@battlefieldgraphics.com for my decals. i've even used paypal to sedn him the money. i still haven't gotten a response. i've pm-ed mortis hoping he could help. anyone have any ideas on what i need to do to get the decals?? i'm gettinf a bit miffed! thanks!

I received mine. It takes a while for some reason. The day i was giong to write an email, I got mine in the mail. Give it at least 3 weeks or so.
