Correct me if I'm wrong... Underdrive pulleys make power by stealing less power from the crank to run air conditioning and charge the alternator.

Meaning if you've got a powerful stereo, you're just going to starve it for power.

The only header that I am aware of that is specifically made for the Cougar with the Zetec engine is the one by Stoffler-Autotechnik (http://www.stoffler-autotechnik.de) from Germany. Its stainless steel too.

Personally I need a short runner intake manifold and an intake fuel pump.

UD Pulleys- available
Headers- available


Bottom line is this, if you really look hard enough there are manufacturers of this part. I know its not as easy as going down to the local Pep Boys but they are available. I understand the frustration but you guys have to realize there are a ton of parts out there for the zetec- a boat-load more than the duratec!
