99 cougar V6 MTX

hi carolina NECO! i'm from capital NECO and i have a question for uo guys. i recently purchased a 99 laser red cougar V6, MTX with 26k from the carmax in south carolina. i was just wondering if it has previously belonged to one of you. just trying to get as much info as possible on this particular car. haven't had any problems...yet. just wondering....

run the VIN through carfax.com. It will cost you a few dollars, but give you the history of the car. Should give you a good idea where it came from. I was going to do the same thing with the cat I just bought, but then I found the original window sticker in the trunk.

i already ran the VIN through carfax. it's never had any report of any problems. the only history items were: 9/15/99 registered as private vehicle in spartanburg, SC and 9/23/99 registration issued. i also have the title number. carfax came up with a clean title, no odometer rollback, no problems, and no registration problems. i was just wondering why someone got rid of it. it seems to be too good to be true. thanks for the help guys!
