Ahhh...the benefits of backing into a parked car and breaking a taillight. :) Changing the taillights out is SUCH a piece of cake, provided you recieved BOTH of the new wire harnesses. :( I only got one European taillight harness, so, I had to pull some electrical skills out of my ace and convert the USA harness (5-bulb, 5-wire) to the Euro-style harness (4-bulb, 6 wire). It was pretty damn interesting. It took a little time to crack the code on how the thing was wired, but it was easy. Definitely a different look. I likey!!!!

LOL NO room for bodies in this trunk!!! Thats soo funny. I get that all the time since I am italian. I should remove that little pull thing that releases the trunk if you get stuck inside some how, and say i did it cause too many people were escaping.

Yep, I should tear off that little emergency release thing, too, since...

A. I know it's designed for kids' safety, but I don't have any freakin' kids, nor do I plan on transporting any of them in the trunk.

B. If you lock yourself in the trunk, you DESERVE to spend a few hours in there to think about what you did. I'll bet that space-cadet of a person won't lock themselves in the trunk again!!! Lesson learned! LoL

C. Not that I'm some psycho-murderer or anything, but, if you happen to end up in MY trunk with it shut......you ain't getting out.

Maybe you could mount a military-issue trench shovel there instead!! It beats going to your mom's house for a shovel and having to explain the red stain on your shirt like in "Goodfellas". Agian, not that I kill people in my spare time. ;) LOL

All my friends really get a kick of the picture on that pull thingy for getting out of the trunk - the little stick guy leaping out of the trunk. =D

What part of Ohio do you live in and where did you get the tail lights?

I'm from the NW Ohio area. The Euro-taillights are from ChromaCougar (James). Check out the "Cosmetic" forum for his post regarding the taillights. He only ordered 10-pair, so I'm not sure if he's still got any to sell. I'm pretty sure that those are the only 10-pair anyone has in the US. Also, if you do get ahold of the Euro-style tails, you'll need re-work your taillight wire harness a bit. It's nothing major. I'll be posting a HowTo on it as soon as finals week is over and I have some free time. Anyway, I LOVE the look of the Euros, plus, they seem to be brighter than the US lights. :)

I used to live in Toledo. Have you ever seen a Cougar Zn that's been lowered and new wheels put on it driving around Toledo? I'm not sure exactly what else was done to it, I just saw it parked at my apartment complex one day.

Haven't seen it. I saw a shadow gray Cougar at UofToledo with a GFX kit, but I was on my way to class and didn't stop by.

You go to UT? I went there last year but then moved down to Florida. Where did you live last year maybe I saw you.
