using the stock cd changer

i don't think you would be able to cause usually the cd-changers are proprietary for the company that makes them...

Puck's got it right. Some companies use aftermarket changers that have the same connections as aftermarket head units, but I do not know if the Cougar one will work. I that case, you would just have to stick with the brand of the changer.

I know you can add an FM modular to be able to work your changer through your head unit, but that might be kinda gay ass...

FM modalators aren't that bad, but you will lose some sound quality, being thats its broadcast quality not cd quality.
