Silver Cougar in Wheaton July 25th, 2001

I saw someone with a silver cougar and wanted to know who it was, I was there at about 11pm and when I saw you I stopped right in the middle of the street (no traffic) and flashed my lights. Dunno if you are on the boards but I was trying to find out who you were???
