1. I have an extra in my stash. From the gray color it looks like it's from an 2002 but I'd have to check the colors again. It should fit any year but I won't be able to get pics until at least the 8th. I'm pretty sure it's dent free but can't say for certain because I didn't inspect it all that closely.
3. I have one that I don't want and it's painted Light Sapphire Blue but I sort of promised it to someone else and need to check and see if they still want it.
