I was wondering if creating a ND chapter would be necessary, or should my Cougar friends and I just kinda join the Minnesota chapter?

Hi there!
We are having a get together on Friday ( Feb 28th ) night in Sioux Falls at my house for supper. The moderator of the midwest (Prez) is coming up from Lincoln, NE or maybe if some of you want to come down on Sat ( march 1) to meet some of us S. Dak ppl. Just a thought. You can PM Prez if you wish to talk more about a meet and greet some weekend.

well if u have 5 ppl interested up there in n.d., then u can start u'r own chapter. there's some other rules, such as a required # of meets/yr., etc. :)
