Damn Ground Effects!!!!

So I finally get them today from the body shop. I had to wait two weeks which turned out to be okay because they dropped the price 40 dollars because of the delay.

Anyways I got my front end on with no problems. I figure then go to the back in case I have to raise the car up I can still do it easily with the sides off. Turns out the damn Roush rear end doesn't allow room for the stock exhaust. The exhaust tip basically needs to be moved over about 2 inches towards the center to clear the roush piece. At least now I have an excuse to get rid of the resonater and add a straight pipe.

This sucks cuz now I'm out of daylight with just the front end on, it looks really dumb with just the front real low and nothing else. Now I won't be able to drive anywhere (at least not without embarassment) until tomorrow night when my dad can help put on the sides. GRRR!!! :mad:

Don't feel embarrased. I have seen plenty "incomplete" gfxbody kit jobs. I personally like the unpainted/primer ones. I mean c'mon you can afford to slap on the body kit, but can't afford to paint it and have it installed correctly?

I ran into the same prob with my kit cause I did it on a Sunday night and didn't finish. I had to go to work the next day with just the front piece on, didn't look too bad, and then I finished that night.
