Where have you bought them? I've only found a few sites that offer the Autolite wires, but I'm going for a red look...suggestions? I'm frightened to see my plugs...can't wait to throw the double-platinums in .

OEM wires are best, next to Magnacores (which are 3x as expensive). Magnacores come in red, IIRC.
Recommend staying away from Ford Racing Wires (they came in all kinds of colors). Someone else may know if any other good ones come in colors.

The Vitek's come in various colors as well. I've not heard any bad reports on those, but they are pricey as well.
Stick with the Motorcraft wires.

Cool - thanks for the advice. I see the Teamford OEM set is $70:

RockAuto has a few sets for cheaper; this is the lowest price I've seen for Motorcrafts yet:
1999 MERCURY COUGAR Spark Plug Wire Set (http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carcode,1356498,parttype,7228)
Before I buy the OEM Motorcrafts, it is the one piece boot, correct?
Bill gives us a discount- Just tell him you're with NECO. $70 sounds high.

I haven't been able to get in touch with Bill...today because of the holiday and yesterday because of bad timing. I might be driving my coug to fest, so I'm in need of some wires as soon as possible. Anyone have some laying around? I see there are some Ford racing wires in the FS section, but I'd rather stick with OEM replacement.
