I kinda like it. I think a paint job would make it look a bagillion times better. It isn't often you see a MURCURY Cougar in Black primer.. :cover:
The front looks a bit like the batmobile in Batman Returns.

I think they did a nice job with the molding, but I've never been a fan of huge flares. Even "the orange one" - I think the flares are just too big for the car.

When I saw it my first thoughts were high gloss black and deep dish 19 chromies. A wing would set it off also. Definitely unique, nice start for a show car.

Hope they never have to replace any bulbs....

I am sure it has access cut from the inside to access the bulbs. I can respect the amount of work and hours of sanding involved but looking at the finial project nothing really seems to flow unfortunately. A project this big really needs to be sketched out and planned down to the last detail. If you work on your plan as you go the end result can look like a bunch of new parts glued on and blended in. I am not knocking the car because maybe that is what he wanted but for mass appeal something this out there is not going to be accepted.
This car really reminds me of some of the crazy wild stuff you see in european compact car mags. Some of those guys modify every single inch of their cars. In my opinion as I have gotten older I have started to like cleaner design over wild and flashy.

Easy, pop the hatch and fill in the trunk. I've had a few cars like that, not a real big deal, I keep a rag handy for everytime I fill anyways. (I don't like gas on my paint...)
I agree with Craig, it looks "thrown together" w/ no overall plan. I'm more concerned about the lack of front cooling with the mod to the grill area. He eliminated 2/3rds of the airflow hitting the radiator...

That sucker, despite the fact I hate billions of vents.. has some potential with the right paint job, rims, and a new customized interior. (All that work and it doesn't even come with a HU.)
Is it just me or does the front kind of remind you of a older Integra? Those tail lights have to go, that one boob thing is horrible, it's just randomly stuck in there it seems.

The front resembeles the front i had on my car and now sitting in my basement. the sides sorta look like the sides i had but the part going up the side of the car has been way modified and the rear i dont know where that came from mars maybe

Nice whip need bigger wheels. I'd push it! For some reason...I thought this was ShawnVautos car. I thought his headlights were similair and the concept (lambo plus widebody). Then he put it on hold to do his wifes car (good man) with lambos too? Or am I getting confused.
Either way...people bashing this car...I think or I thought it had alot of potential...I immediately related it to Craigs one off wide-body custom. For him to say no lines and all like E-1 means I need some training. To me all the work flows accept the front. Then again I think this was meant to be a trailer queen. Would like to see what he does to the Eclipise. Any idea you think how many hours were invested into something like this. Either way send him an invite to the site.

... I'm afraid I am not the culprit on this one Forever. I do however have to give the man props for sticking with it that long. That's ALOT of time put into that thing. All DIY cars will have flaws which is why they are called DIY cars.... A few changes here and there and I believe it would be one of the most unique cats out there, but everyone has his/her opinion. Oh yeah, here's the other project car....

BEAUTIFUL! Where did you learn your work? Where are you from! Wheres your car! I see it in your sig! Why is the BOV mounted like that? I'd be afraid of the elements...rear turbo...hmm where does that it mounted on the car? Anyway...beautful car man and I like your statement at the end
"Your car, Your passion, your vision."

ya silvercup is right, that guy did post his car up here a few years ago [and it was nearly in that state then]. honestly for completely over the top show look, I really dont think its all that bad. The work itself looks pretty clean.
I'm not down with the latest and greatest on mexicana suspension technology, but can you seriously push the rims out 2 feet to fill those fender flairs?
