PACESETTER question?

Ok i have been looking into the pacesetter exhaust. I how it looks AND it fits my budget. I am not all that concerned about durability, not to much rust and such in Vegas. But to anyone that has or once did have the pacesetter exhaust. Was there any noticable power gain? Sound clips (hard to find) or sound description?

and is power significantly less than a trubendz exhaust since theirs is 2.5 inches diameter and pacesetter is only 2.25?

dont waste your money/time. just go get one custom fabed.

I doubt you'll notice any gains from an exhaust. It needs to be combined with headers/intake to actually see any improvement.

larger diameter does not equal power. The borla single one is only 1.9 IIRC.

I have a pacesetter on my car, and between me and the previous owner has seen 7 chicago winters, rust has not been a problem. I would take most of the slander you hear about pacesetters with a grain of salt and listen to the people that post THAT HAVE ACTUALLY OWNED IT.

I've been very happy with mine, and yes for the price, your simply not going to do better.

thanks alot! :) im probably going to get one here within the next month of two. im not really looking for gains anyhow. (in highschool anyways) more for aesthetic appeal. and pacesetter is dual and have nice tips and i like the yellow since my car is yellow. and for the price.. i think its a steal
