Not sure if this was the point you were trying to make....but some of the after martket hoods did not come with the holes drilled for the washer nozzles. Yes in that picture it has them, but that is not to say that the owner didn't have to drill them himself.

sorry for not making myself clear, I was wondering if the hood has the washer nozzles cut out, or if the hood in the picture was cut out because i do not think they come painted white like that either. I was wondering because i do not want nozzles in my hood.
