comes with plate, mounting bolts and gasket. I bought this from ford and it came with 2 so i dont need the second one. 12$ shipped

might i suggest a quick search in the WTB, 3L, & FI sections? somebody was asking where to get one a week or two back.

Yes on CEL, and I'm not sure about power, but probably not.

No difference in power unless there is something wrong with your EGR, the EGR closes when the throttle is wide open.
