I'm looking to buy a stock Rio Red bumper...with or without fogs. I'll be going to fest if it makes a difference.

It just has a crack in the lower section that would be more of a pain to fix/repaint.

The "tooth" of mine had a big crack. We fixed it up real nice with a heat gun, melting the parts back together. I have an 01-02 bumper but you probably don't want that.

The crack has now extended up the middle pillar support...maybe I'll try to jimmy it back together.

best bet is to have that repaired. nobody likes shipping bumpers.
otherwise, check for a junk yard in your area with a Rio Red 99/00 Cougar at Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market (http://www.car-part.com)
