this is a forwarning nothing sexist is ment but im saying exactly what happened
so yesterday morning i wake up check my tire pressure and every things alright but my dumb ass doesn't check the lug nuts so i make it down there alright every thing's good and stable all the way down to Groton 66 miles from my house. so i head back and all is good well as good as it could be with either 1 initial one or 3 loose ones (thank you Strong's auto body) where i went to get my tires checked cause i thought something was off and low and behold i wasn't too far off. but back to the story i was maybe 3 miles from my house and at most 4 or 5. when i got cut off by a women drive who then gave me the finger so as i go to cut my wheel right and try and avoid the asshole i go to cut it back so i don't hit the person in the next lane i felt the steering wheel go completely right and get extremely shaky. lucky me i was by the exit right near cheney tech so i knew the area. i pull into a marsh area get out of my car and my front passenger tire is held on by one stud. i jack it up a bit and see the wheel was held on by one stud other three are snapped. i called my uncle who has triple a and get my tow to South Windsor garage where it is currently awaiting a new rim or two. my rotor wasn't warped after that but i had him check it anyway. i was thinking holy **** i could died.
lessons of the day
Don't go to Strong's auto body, check the lug nuts after getting your tires rotated go figure they didn't check it. and count your blessing after almost dieing, triple a helps too
