Trouble posting pics

for some reason everytime i copy a shortcut from my attachment or copy the shortcut from photobucket my pics aren't showing up. they are just red x's. Help please never had this trouble before.. thanks

You need the address from the photo itself, such as "http://www.newcougar.org/logo.jpg" and put it inside img tags, such as http://www.newcougar.org/logo.jpg

Only with out any spaces.

right...i right click on my image and copy the shortcut. thats what i've always done now its not working.....then click add image and use the shortcut and paste it in the address box....for example[IMG]http//www.blahblahwhatever.com[IMG] is waht shows up but when i preview my post its just red x's no image is appearing.

you are linking the photobucket page, not the image.

instead you need to enter [ img] http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn32/Naturaltal3nt/0525080716a.jpg [/img]

depending on what browser you are using, either right click on the image and choose copy address (not link), or if that is not an option, choose properties and then copy the image address that comes up on the properties window.

On photobucket, there is a line that says "IMG Code" below the image. Just click there and it will copy to the clipboard what you need to post onto here.
