I want to striaght up trade my SVT contour for a cougar. Shes a T-red SVT that me and a couple of guys over on CEG put back together over the summer. 131K miles, but a bunch of new parts.

Pics can be see in this thead

Currently she rolls on Silver E1 wheels with BRAND new 225/50R16 BF goodrich directional tires (rides and drives like a caddy :D )

Good:
-last owner just put on new LCAs
- undercoated NO RUST on this car!
-newer rebuilt trans just installed in February, driven for about 5K miles without a single issue.
-brand new OEM SVT clutch installed at the same time as the trans, 1K mile break in period
-brand new Spicer front endlinks
-Stazi rear sway bar endlinks
-Custom Hightowered Red headlights by baggedcsvt
-pre98 trunk
- motor runs very smooth, I consistantly get 26 miles per gallon
- motor intakes recently cleaned out
- optimized throttle body
- new tie rod ends
- new rotors and pads

I have only put highway miles on the car, I have a 10 mile commute to work and occasionally visit family up in Saginaw, and friends in Detroit. I take stupid good care of this car, Waxes every other car wash, wash the car 2-3 times a week, sits under a car port, shift under 3K most of the time, Mobil 1 7500 synblend oil and motorcraft filter every 4K miles Royal Purple syncromax gear oil

The bad:
- needs an alignment (which I think I am going to do)
- needs new front strut mounts (have good SVT strut assemblies sitting at my buddies house waiting for install)
- Throwing a CEL for P0402 which is for the EGR system, I have replaced everything on the EGR system but the DPFE, so thats probably where the problem lies.
- small ding in driver side rear fender.

im looking for a V6 MTX cougar, year really isnt too important, shoot me a PM with what you have and we will talk, im interested in anything you might have, modified or not. I have just had 3 contours, ive been driving them since I first got my license, love the way they drive, just getting a little bored of seeing the same thing over and over and over again.
