Hey everyone!
I have had a cougar for about a year, but didn't find this site until a few weeks ago. This place is awesome! The cougar is my wifes car but I drive it quite a bit as well. I really like the car, it handles well and seems to have a really good feel for the road. Of course, practically everything does when you drive a 230,000 mile f150 everday. I am currently finding out about the tortures of the alternator placement, but, no worries, I got it out and I didn't even have to take the tie rod end off. I did have to remove the sway bar link though. Now if I could just get the alternator pulley off.....
Anyway, I love the site and look forward modifying the coug with you guys! I am trying to convince my wife into a set of performance shocks/struts and lowering springs...we will see how that goes.
