Sticky Brakes

I think the brakes could be sticking on my Cougar. It had new pads and discs all round just before I got it, could it just be that they're taking a while to bed in and are catching slightly or could it be a sticky caliper? It only seems to do it intermittantly and they don't stick badly.

Any known faults or problems?
