i sold my roush kit to a local MC neco member, madcustomz, who is one of my personal friends, he gave me 2 payments and has never given me the last one, after weeks of not getting any response from him i finally got him on the phone and he laughed and said hes not going to pay me, in mc necos thread you can find my fs thread, you can also find the post where it says he bought it and for how much, then you can find his thread with the body kit on, he claims that i cant do anything to him and hes not going to pay me. a member like this does not need to be on neco.


he only owes me one hundred dollars.....

he paid me 300 so far.

I PAID 800 FOR THE DAMN THING, HE WAS MY FRIEND SO I CUT HIM A DEAL.

He sold me a set of headlights with a bunch of broken tabs...it was cheaper than going through ford or buying them individually off of eBay so meh. Internet sales are risky business :shrug:. Hope you get your money. If you have a private message or an e-mail from him saying that he was going to pay you the $400 then you can easily bring the matter into small claims, but I'm not sure if it would be worth it.

Montauk got his money. And thats been taken care of. and as far and as far as the headlights go i put them on ebay and sold them on ebay because there were broken and i put that in the listing. so that feedback shouldnt be on neco, and you bought them knowing there were broken tabs. And you can check i have never had a negative feedback

I beg to differ - but hey, no big deal. I didn't post a negative TF thread OR give you negative feedback - you sold the headlights "as is" with a good price so I bought them and accepted the fact that the mounting tabs were snapped. I thought it would be appropriate to advertise the fact that it wasn't a seamless transaction and that you could have listed the discrepancy in the listing (which you did not).

I hate to bring it up but my roush emblem is still MIA. He said he shipped and I belive him, he has had good comunicaiton with me, but with no tracking numbers I have no clue where it could be or if it will ever make it to me. I was told it was shipped on May 19th.

I bought other stuff from him without problems before, I think this is more of a post office problem than a problem with him. Tracking numbers are appreciated though.

after the threads were posted on here, and after our phone conversation where i said to him" i gladly accept paypal" and he replied with" i dont even have that anymore"(referring to a paypal account) he then sent me the money via paypal......:disgust:

After I said something in the thread for the GB, he PMed me and said he was waiting for the Rear window decal to come in.

Then a few weeks later he refuned me $5 because the side skirt emblem wasn't made anymore..

Then just this Saturday I got my rear window decal in the mail.
It took a while, but I got it my stuff.
I hope everyone else gets theirs..
