It seems like I've been doing car projects nonstop for months but my to-do list looks about the same as it did 6 months ago
clean: claybar/wax exterior, vacuum & wipe down interior, clean engine bay
oil change
install new belt
install new uim
paint valve covers
install new battery tray
install gmk cai
install amp/subs
finish trunk so I have something to install subs/amp into
finish my mod'd console
remove & patch fiberglass on front valance (from 12hrs after it was put on - thankyou my norcal parking director ;)) and have it re-painted
buy a remote touch screen monitor for my laptop (haven't decided if it's worth the extra cash)
install the replacement HID lamp that just arrived in the mail
those at least are the big things I am trying to get done. I also am packing my apartment and moving this weekend (and probably next weekend too) so really seems like time is running out :(

Wash the car a little, since I already waxed, clayed, polished, etc.
Oil change
Retint the mirrors (haven't found where I put the tint yet)
Redo the Keystone NECO decals (they are probably the same place the tint is)
Clean or replace the plexiglass in the trunk setup
Pack
The paint is not so good, but since I don't want to spend the money to get it repainted, I'm not even worried about it.

Mine just needs a clay-bar and wax. Well, actually it needs some bodywork for various reasons, but that's not getting done before CF. Mechanically my Cougar is in excellent shape. Can't say that for its body though. :(

Ive had neon all along jorge...I know it's a little ricey, but I like the glow. ;)
- Get my exhaust modded and have my Roush tip installed. Never got around to that after my Roush kit install. The exhaust dumps under the car right now and it's LOUD!
- Get my windows tinted... finally!
- Remove my door-ding guards.
- Install all the small things (shift knob, shift/e-brake boot and pedals) i've bought in the past 2 weeks. Gotta wait for it all to arrive first, though. :(

Paint and reinstall interior pillars
remove rear seats
alignment
Replace broken EGR bolt
Windshield tint strip
Redo angel eyes
Already got new tires, oil change, and most of the parts needed to do the above stuff. All in all, I feel pretty good about driving the car all the way out there, just won't have the AC for the drive.

Actually doing engine swap

get another key from dealer to have remote start capabilities
take a/c system out of donor car to install on this one
paint and install all interior plastic pieces
install cruise control
re install newer sreamlined air ride plumbing (once it comes in mail)
wait for c/f parts from topshpp
paint rims and have tires mounted
install silver leaf pinstriping and buff
swap seats

Should finish up my list tonight.
Replace PS fitting that was leaking (it wasn't the pump)
Installed new circuit breaker in power line instead of fuse
Replace the angel eyes that whitecougar keeps breaking
Rewire interior neons and push-button ignition
Install CB radio for communication along the road
I may or may not get the interior panels put back in. I'm already planning on stripping them out after Fest anyways for transitioning to a track car, so I might as well not waste the time and money right now painting them and ripping everything apart to reinstall them.

I'd put the interior panels in bobby - that's alota driving and would think they cut down quite a bit of noise (maybe not so much an issue since you'll not have a/c and windows would be down I would guess).
To update my list - things I hope to have wrapped up this week - and if not this weekend, then over the 4th:
finish the modded center console this sunday & probably wait to install until the 4th (or one nite after work)
route amp/sub wires tomorrow
start (yeah - just now starting) the sub enclosure fiberglassing tomorrow morning.
have my dad cut mdf sub rings sunday and glass them in.
install subs & amp one day after work - or on the 4th.
figure out if I can mod my trunk false floor without distroying it.
