Yes all of you get aggrivated if its already onhere but Iam not searching through hundreds of threads!!:biggrin:
I found out that I need a new compressor.... I cant find any manuals online on how to install it, and i think i was absent in shop when we learned about AC's lol i know how to charge them and thats it.I would like to do it myself to save money and so i wont be with out my car. Any help on how to install it would be Phenominal!!:tongue:

If there is any refrigerant in the system, you should have it reclaimed by a shop. That stuff is nasty, and you don't want to release it into the atmosphere. After it's empty, and there is no pressure, take the belt off, take the lines off, and there are just three bolts that hold it to the bracket on the front of the block.

Ya Ill be doing it in a shop. What sucks is I had it charged not to long ago.

Not sure how much this helps, but here is a photo of an engine sitting in my garage waiting for a transplant....this is what it looks like behind the compressor. Take off that little metal shield under it as well.

not that hard to replace probably take more time to get belt back on(atleast for me lol)
there is one plug on the top left of compressor, then the inlet and outlet piping is held in with one bolt, think its 10mm. then 3 or 4 bolts holding compressor to frame.

yeah one of the easier things to do on the car to be honest. 10mm is correct for the line junction. and 3 long skinny bolts hold it to the block and one electrical connector. Plus the belt. Comes out without dropping the the front of the subframe down.
