Maybe is a stupid question ... but I'm not sure of the answer ... so ... does a 01-02 mercury cougar front bumper work on a 99 mercury cougar ????

First of all, what does this have to do with a hood?

Second, Yes it will fit but you will have small gaps or spaces under the 99-00 headlights.
