Well I've run out of patience... I paid for an SVT radiator to Scott and have still not received it. Got a "phony" tracking number (I don't know what it was but whatever it ended up in Missouri somewhere). I've called his phone number and no return call. I hear he's "busy". Well so am I. At this point I am forced to go this direction.

i hear he just moved, but he wouldn't have had to pack as much if he had shipped out all the parts he's got.

having same issue with him. He said he would have it shipped out BEFORE he moved. No contact from him yet. Im giving it another few days and if no response, paypal dispute here I come.

He is fine to buy from. Sometimes things get backed up because he a LOT of people buying thing from him, he is moving, he is repairing other peoples cars, he is doing 3.0L transplants, he is doing Turbo installs, he is buying and selling cars left and right and now he is also baking open and painting headlights for people. The guy is seriously busy right now. He normally goes and mails things once a week.....so if he is doing that there is a very good chance you accidently got the wrong tracking number. He isn't out to scam anyone.

And yes I have bought from him before and it was perfectly fine.

All that aside, dont make deals you cant keep. If your busy you have no right selling or telling people you can get it out by this date but in reality theirs no way.

andy your radiator was sent to another member who just kept it i have all the shipping info and the persons name and adress but that was my mistake not yours, i do have another svt radiator if you would like me to send it please send me your info again if you want a refund that is fully understandable as well and i will be more than happy to do that as well. i apologize for the inconveveince.
and topik, what did i sell you again please refresh my memory and ill get it out asap

andy i shipped the radiator to the wrong person but you waited 5 months before you told me so i thought ther was no problem. i will do everything i can to resolve this issue. i just left you a voicemail let me know what you wanna do and ill take care of it right away

thats who i shipped it to on accident, which again is my fault and will ultimatley cost me a radiator because he never came forward and said he received it he is either a member here or on ceg but as far as giving you a false shipping number i didnt! i just made a mistake i am human to, and will resolve this issue. and if by chance nicholas mavens reads this at least come forward and say you receveived a package you didnt pay for. hell i dont even care about the radiator anymore you can keep it and ill send andy another one. i just wanna save some face hear as i dont give out false tracking numbers and rip people off.

sorry man my internet was down for a week while i was moving and i got tied up in that and let other things sit on hold for a while. hit me up on here or ceg and ill put something extra in the box for you maybe if you need another part or whatnot to make up for it

Ok I talked to Scott (baggedCSVT) on the phone a little while ago. Hopefully I'll have an svt radiator shipped Monday. Just to clarify when I wrote phony tracking number it was in quotations ("phony") meaning it may or may not have been erroneous. Regardless the error hasn't been corrected for a while now. And I don't like giving negative feedback either I'd rather work it out than go this route... I've given Scott my shipping info 2+ times now let's see what happens...

ok did some tracking down and found out who the member is that got the radiator his screen name here is nsh50 . ups confirmed he did receive this package and i also sent him a pm and asked him to reply in this thread. we will see if he comes forward. and like i said before i dont even care about the radiator anymore i just want people to know that i dont rip people off. i might be slow to ship but i always get people their stuff. im also a moderator and well known member of ceg so its not like im some fly by night.

He's legit guys. I had recieved a TB bracket or cable (i can't even remember which now) about a month before the radiator arrived. Here's the PM I just sent him.

"I still have it sitting in my garage. I've checked this and the contour board every month since I've recieved it and could never figure out who sent it. The box was non existent (tapped together and ripped to shreds) when I got it and it had my address hand written on it without any other name or address to figure out where it came from. Send me a shipping label and a few bucks for a box and i'll send it back. By the way, please pull my address off the feed back forum. I consider that personal. If you knew the address and my phone number (when I had called you before about the TB bracket/cable) why didn't you just call/write and ask. I'm not a jerk or anything, I just didn't know where it came from and don't come on the boards but once every month or so (hence why I'm just recieving your PM now). Let me know what you want to do to get the part back to you.

thanks for coming forward buddy:cool: the whole situation was goofy because like i said earlier i didnt realize the original purchaser didnt receive it till 5 months after it was shipped. i just didnt want to look like i was scamming anyone. i would never do that. like i said earlier the part itself isnt even important to me so nsh50a put that radiator on your cougar man, my gift to you for being an honest stand up guy as well:cool:
