Can he help me get money back from someone who owes me? I don't know where this person lives any more, and they have changed phone numbers so I can't get in contact with them.

I've heard that story many times...but people who say they can do that are usually all talk...having said that, i'm not averse to employing some leg breakers to get my money back...I would be more than happy to exchange half the money I'm owed for the satisfaction of knowing that person has to endure a few months of physiotherapy...but alas, we live in a civilized society...

All I have is a name, and I have a bunch of emails from this person promising to pay me back...but I don't have any actual financial proof of transactions that I lent them the money...it was a friend that I lent the money to a number of years ago, and I never thought they would screw me over which is why I don't have a paper trail for anything...and its relatively small potatoes we are talking about here (roughly 2 grand), so I don't even know if its worth pursuing...
