I've only been to Indy once, in 04, but is this in the hotel? I see a pool table, some tv's, and alcohol:rofl:

Yeah, when you walk into the hotel and go to the right there is a restaurant/lounge there. Pretty cool I guess.

I dont plan on drinking too much at the bar itself for $$ reasons, but I'm secretly hoping that I'll be drunk enough to want to partake in the karaoke! :rofl:

Ive developed a taste for it....its weird.... I had about 6 of them that night on the company tab. I was stumbling around and my buddy had to help me back to the room :rofl:

That bar rocks Micah, and the owner is a cutie who hooks us up while we're there. Even with the deals I still managed to spend a good chunk of money on drinks, something about having 10 shots lined up in front of me did it, I think... =)

Kamakazi's, Jagerbombs, and Red-Headed ****s all night baby...

LOL! Yeah, I'm a Top Shelf Kamakazi on the Rocks drinker (not as a shot). I mix it up with Jager Bombs and various other shots as I go, though, but I'm pretty open with drinks, as long as it liquor. =) I don't do the beers...for some reason I get hangovers from that but not liquor.

Yup Drainpipe
* 1 oz Bailey's irish cream
* 1 oz Green Curacao
* Fill with Coca-Cola
Pour Bailey's and Curacao in a glass, stir. Add Coca-Cola slowly. No ice, serve with a straw.
Blue Curacao may be used if you are out of green.

Looks nasty, tastes much better than it looks. More of a novelty drink than
a drink to drop you to the floor..

E1, what is your recipe for Kamikazes? I've used equal parts Vodka, Triple Sec, and line juice, but last night I came across a new recipe that didn't quite work. It was:

--1 part lime juice
--1 part Triple Sec
--4 parts Vodka

I had to pour in some more Triple Sec and lime juice in it to save it...

I usualy do 2 parts vodka 1 part triple sec, and a dash over 1 part lime juice. Turns out great.

The typical bar recipie is equal parts of all, but I prefer less lime and more vodka myself. I don't like the way the lime makes yer mouth taste after about 10 of em. =)

Also Bartenders usually use Rose's sweetened lime juice, not plain lime juice. As a bartender, I was also taught the 1 part each recipe, but tend to up the vodka to make for a stronger shot.

I have the Rose's - you can buy that in grocery stores. The store I go to has it with the drink mixes. :) Okay, so the equal parts recipe seems to be the normal one. Good. I just need better measuring cups.
