anyone ever want to get together and do some mods? I know some of us are kind of spread out but it would be kind of cool and fun to do i think.

Dang, I'd be all over this if my cat wasn't OOC at the moment. Have to save money up & send the trans off to HMS.

i hear ya man i wish there were more peeps around that moded the cougars here. i know the guys up northeast always get together and do stuff like this.

well will be doing some upgrades prolly two months undrive pully, upper and lower intake manifold, new exhaust, short ram intake, fab the hood to benefit the intake, side vents for the side windows, etc

i still need to paint my headlights (01-02 style) and i have the eibachs springs and getting kyb struts that still all need to be installed. after that i think after that i am threw doing mods until maybe a 3.0l change in the next year or two.

Yea its always been a challenge to get Cougar members to meet up in Tx Dallas area has been the best chance of meeting up so far.
When I installed my coilovers (Pain in the a$$) on KYB's I had blown 2 struts in 3months :( & if u have any idea how much fun it is to grind 1 strut in winter weather for 2 hrs its not lol But wish you look on the install guys

yeha thankfully though i'm not doing coilovers those are more of a pain than i want to deal with. i may end up just taking it to my shop depending on how much i have after stimulous check.

It was 50 & I wish it was sunny windy as hell those 3 days working & installing them :mad: O yea its easy jst take time to do in which I didn't have. Yea Lowering springs are the better choice.
So gail U getting alot of heavy rain lately up there?

true, true. it does take time to install anything....especially with beer breaks.
and YES the rain sucks. it ruined two of my fiberglass projects, all that humidity wasn't accounted for and i think they are STILL drying. geez.
oh and parts of dallas were flooded blah blah blah.
