Not sure if this is happening to anyone else but I am seeing all the ads that non-gold/plat members would see.
I logged out/cleared personal info and they are still showing.
I am OUTRAGED that I have to look at these and I pay for the gold!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Anyone else experiencing this?

Weird, I logged in earlier and had the little gold emblem, but they still showed up. Now the gold emblem is gone. Looks like I got pwned. :rofl:
I thought my membership was up in July but I guess not...

Yep, most of the autorenewing subscriptions have been removed. Looking at your account, I see that your Golf Membership expired on 05-03-2008, thus why you began seeing ads again recently. As for not seeing them earlier today, read this thread (http://www.newcougar.org/forums/forum-issues/124401-24-hours-without-banner-ads.html).

I've been playing around with banner ad placement without the "membership bypass" code in place so I can see it when I'm logged in. The ads for that location are done now, so you shouldn't see anything now.

You hurt the entire community by making these statements without even realizing it. See, if eveyone stopped the ads, the site would get no revenue. With no revenue, the site would stop existing ... it's all cool though, you don't have to see 4 measly adds (if you scroll all the way to the bottom) :rolleyes:
