I have a used Fidanza aluminum flywheel for sale. Its cheap because it needs a new ring gear installed. Some minor wear on the teeth. Fidanza will not replace the ring gear(last I checked) but Spec will (Fidanza makes Spec flywheels). I believe they wanted $50-75. Though the ring gear from Ford I think was around $15 and you may be able to have a shop replace, or replace your self. The insert is from Spec and has about 1500 miles on it. Wouldn't hurt to replace it, again cost is about $50-75. Spec told me the flywheel and my clutch looked like it was perfectly broke in. The clutch had fully seated on the flywheel and transfered over material as it should. Not sure how this would effect if using a new flywheel, or one other than Spec as I am using. Email or Pm!
Also have a set of Terry haines modded "Slick Shift Forks". This mod adds a roller bearing to the shift forks for smother shifting. Includes all three 1-2, 3-4, 5-r .Yes there are only three in the trans! You can not purchase these unless your getting a trans built by Terry.
Also have stock SVT clutch with 65k on it. Resurface it and get a new disc it would be good to go.
