Well friday, I'm going to do a lot of things to my cougar!!
Front Shocks
Rotors and brakes (all)
O2 sensors
tune-up

If anyone needs anything else please let me know and I'll take pics and instructions to do it!!

Im pretty sure there already is a how-to and brakes and rotors.... Ill see if I can find it. Im almost positive there was one though.

Never tried doing this myself so not sure how accurate it is. but when I need new brakes I will def being doing this so let me know if these are any good!

The cougardb front how-to is pretty spot on, don't know about the rear.

I dunno if a how-to is needed on the shocks, but it would still be nice to see how your's goes.

i would like a how to remove the IMRC... because the last time i nearly killed myself trying! god that thing was a B!@#$^

I dont know if you have ever done the shocks on a cougar before but I'll let you know that its alot easier if you have a Piece of wood a floor jack and a hammer...

I plan on doing mine here in 3 weeks or so.. Just waiting on some parts.

Yeah... uhmm the car has to be turned off first, in order to work without almost getting killed :facepalm:.

Nah but i know is a ***** to juz get that end off, I'm still wondering why you say it nearly got you killed though :rofl:

x2 on the O2 sensors pritty please. :cool: and the tune up would be a help too

Changing the O2 sensors is very easy. You simply unplug the old ones, use a wrench to unscrew them and then reverse the 2 steps for the new ones.
