I wasn't really sure where to put this. With the 3L swap I'm going to be doing should I replace / fill the motor mounts / rool restrictors ?
I don't want a harsh ride, but I want to try & eliminate any wheel hop problems.
So, which ones should I fill ? Can I buy inserts for any, if so where ?
Thanks,
Chris

Fill the front roll restrictor and make sure the rest are in good shape. Leave the rear roll restrictor alone or the engine vibration makes its way to the steering wheel.

Here's a couple of How-Tos:

Those How-To's are great, thanks.
So I haven't looked under my car to see which one is the front, is it the big round one I've seen posted a lot ?
Also do you think 60a will be hard enough to help with wheel hop ? My car will be a daily driver so I want to limit the vibration & noise. But I already have wheel hop when trying to take off from moderate throttle, or when turning out into traffic... that is until the Traction control decides to kick in.
Is tehre anythign else I can do to help limit wheel hop ?

My car will be a daily driver
I want less wheel hop, not to rattle my teeth out
If it was going to be a weekend track car or something then solid mounts would be fine. But driving an hour a day on the freeway in something like that isn't high on my list of things I want to do.
I want an improvment with as little sacrifice in comfort as possible.
So what all can I do to limit wheel hop ?

Lol ... I might not have to once I get the 3L done. but compared to all my previous cars the cougar was lacking the the power department. I'm used to having plenty on tap, and the cougar had to be ... encouraged ... a little more

The Energy Suspension rear roll restrictor bushing does the job well.
