So i live in rural bum****, FL and there aren't really places around here that carry them. I did find these (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mercury-Cougar-1999-02-LEATHER-Car-Seat-Cover-Covers-b_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33702QQihZ011QQitemZ3 20231531409QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW#ShippingPayment ) however, and i thought they looked fairly ok. But the price SEEMED a bit high to me. I tried searching around and I can't seem to find any other leather/waterproof seat covers for our cars. So is this a fair price?

and before anyone decides to jump on me, I'm not getting them for cosmetic reasons. If that were the case, i'd buy racing seats. But no, I'm a surfer and I hate to see the watermarks i leave behind from my suit and i'd like to get something to protect them. I'm also planning on getting the diamond plate mats, since they're easier to clean, especially when it comes to sand. On that note, semi-related but not worth making another thread, they can be found on ebay, but anywhere else? I want to stay away from promotion

Well those seat covers are alright. I recently bought a set from that company and they aren't too bad.. mine dont really feel like leather though, more like some kinda composite bulls***.. Also, didn't come with the metal connection hooks for the seat covers so unless yours come with them be ready to improvise... other than that, they fit pretty well, once you figure out how to get them secured, and they dont look half bad! i juss got mine not even a week ago and since then i've been across the street to the store twice and have been complimented on the way in and out.. your call though!

as far as the floormats, i have no clue.. sorry

I have the same reasoning for buying seat covers, except I don't surf. I rodeo, and when I go and take care of my horses or ride if I have dirt on my pants I don't want to get it on my seats. I just went to wal-mart and picked up a set of solid black ones. They actually darkened my interior down A LOT, and look really good (for what they are). But if I was you I would get a cheap set and do the whole, water repellent on them. My ex boyfriend done that and it worked out great or you simply could get something that is like what you were looking at. Just throwing some ideas out there.

Thanks for the input people
i ordered them and they should be here by friday at the latest so we'll see how they work out  Hopefully i won't have to improvise any hooks, but if so, i can still do that anyway :)
