Thought I would post this and maybe help somebody save 5 hours of there life.
I changed mine yesterday. Took me one hour to remove, 4 hours attempting to put back on, friend shows up and has it on in 15 minutes.
So to remove the old one you need a 15mm, 18MM and a mallet.
Remove your tire, caliper(two bolts on the back 15MM) and Rotor. This step makes for more working room.
The bolts are easy to get to if you remove the two small trim pieces from the top back of the wheel well. I left the big pieces attached.
The nuts are 15MM the Bolts are 18MM. Mine broke free fairly easy and a simple pull on the back "Y" section popped them out of the Frame and spun them facing me.
Remove the Bolt holding the front of the control arm and after you pull the bolt out you will probably need a mallet and just smack the CA until it pops out.
To put on do not reverse the take off procedure.
First get lube.. lots of lube. Spray down the control arm with said lube. Have a friend grab the axle and pull it up and back, not to hard so you pull it out. Put the two back holes in there respective slots and insert bolts.
Now get a pry bar and put it through he control and push down while your friend lines up the hole that the nub goes in. Once there lined up a simple tap tap of the mallot and your all done. Tighten bolts back up, reinstall caliper and rotor, put the tire on and you're all done.
Hope that helps
