help no reverse

i have a 2002 cougar with a 6 cyl with 74000 miles and three weeks ago i had my transmission flushed and filled at the dealer. last week i stopped at the bank and when i came out i had no reverse and haven't had it since. i've been driving the car and the transmission works great except no reverse, i guess reverse is over rated. has anyone else had this happen to them and how much did it cost to fix?

same thing happened in my other cougar, the trans had to be replaced, cehck your fluids though see if their full
