You're gonna wanna run a line from a 12v source (such as the battery) to the switch, then run a second line from the switch to the lights.
I'm not sure about that specific switch, but on the ones I usualy use, which are lighted rocker switches, You plug the 12v into the #1 pin, output to lights into the #2, and a ground for the light to work in #3.
If you bought the switch new it should have instructions on what pins do what inside the switch.
Edit: And DON'T forget the Fuse! 'Cause you aren't holding me responsible when you plug everything in, without a fuse, and start a fire cause you didn't use wire of a big enough guage for your needs.

..you could always switch the neg. instead...no fire issues and you utilise the exsisting fuse...G.

If you need to determine which prong is which, use a voltmeter on the resistor setting. when there's no resistance, the switch is closed, or "on".

I think you're confusing yourself by thinking about wiring it together with your headlights. Don't.
The wiring for your angel eyes shouldn't/doesn't even have to even concern your headlight circuit.
Before proceeding, make sure your switch is and stays in the off position. I am not responsible for anything that goes wrong when following the proceeding steps.
Just take a wire, connect it to the positive terminal on your battery, put a fuse right next to the battery inline in the wire, then run the wire to and through your firewall, to the switch. plug it into the switch on the positive plug/pin, and that's it with that length of wire.
Now, get another wire, plug it into the negative plug/pin on your switch , and run it to/through the firewall and to your angel eyes. Connect this end of the wire to the positive plug/pin/clip/end of your angel eyes.
Take a short, third wire, and hook it to the final pin on the switch (ground) and hook the other end to a clean metal spot on your car to ground the switch(somewhere on the body/chassis).
Then ground your angel eyes to a similar place as mentioned above, such as where the headlights are grounded, to finish the circuit.
It's really REALLY not that hard.......
The preceeding instructions are to wire your angel eyes as to be able to turn them on/off without your headlights being on/off or your car being on/off. Never forget to turn your angel eyes off when you leave or get out of your car as they will probably kill your battery.
NOTE:: Edited things in BOLD.
