Hey guys this really could be posted in a couple of sections I think, but most of it applies in here too.
Ok basically I am trying to get some quotes on labor for installtion of the following parts:
clutch kit
flywheel
alt pullies
bat kit and strut mounts
LSD
Can anyone give me an idea of what I am looking at? I;m trying to figure out if the ford dealer is charging way too much or not.
Thanks!

Well it never hurts to call around to other mechanics and ask them the same question. The only mechanic that will laugh at you for asking such a question is the kind that hates money and business...

Yeah I called one other that I had used before but they wanted like 675 just to do the clutch. lol Hell ford said 475 for that. I will keep calling around just figured some of the mmore mechanically inclined folks on here might know off the top of their head.

Well each place is different with how they charge so its usually a ballpark figure.
If you have a 4cyl:
If its still under warranty you're looking at a minimum of 19.4hrs($1477.50-1843) to a maximum(w/o warranty) of 22.8hrs($1710-2166), before alignment hours. The low cost on both hour sets are at $75/hr & high is at $95/hr.
If you have the time & tools I'd say do your suspension, pulley, & maybe the clutch/flywheel yourself. Then take it up there & have them do the LSD & Alignment. Yeah its a bit of a hassle, but it'll save you a LOT of money.

Figuring $80/hr which is less than a dealer charges I'd say:
A clutch/flywheel install are not easy on our cars. I'd say it would take about 6-8 hrs and that's $480-$640. A few years back I was quoted over $700 for the job by a transmission shop.
For the alternator pulley you may have to pull the alternator out. That is probably be a 3-4 hr job ($240-$320). If it can be done while in the car it would be much cheaper.
The suspension install is about 6-8 hrs so again that's $480 - $640.
If you do the differential with the clutch the extra labor would be breaking open the transmission case, removing the old diff, removing the gears off the old diff, pressing gears onto the LSD, pressing new bearings onto the new LSD, installing the new LSD, and putting the case back together. If it's a torsen you aren't supposed to need to shim it. I'd say that would take 4-5 hours so that's $320 - $400.
Totals plus tax should be in this range: $1520 - $2000
What were you seeing for quotes?

Thx man thats basically the kind of breakdown i wanted. The dealer is actually giving me a great deal then cause its closer to the 1520 range. I appreciate all the responses. I wasnt sure how long it took for each thing because they just gave me a price not how long they were thinking it would take.
