Hi guys. I have had a Stoffler 4-2-1 performance manifold I have been meaning to fit for ages. The chap I bought it off used to run a 210bhp Zetec over here in the UK, but never dyno'd his car before and after this mod.

Has anyone had any experience of the Stoffler 4-2-1 manifold, and what sort of power gain did it get?

Thanks, Rod.

YOu might want to try looking on FFOC :: Ford Focus Owners Club (http://www.ffoc.co.uk/) .

I don't know if anyone on this side of the pond would have one of those. I could be wrong, I don't know a lot of Zetec owners.

BUt Please post some pics of it. ;)

Nope, I've never even came across this header in my couple years of part searching. Would like to know some more about it tho.

first off... i SERIOUSLY doubt the guy had a N/A 210bhp zetec.

secondly, when i had my header on, (i had the weapon r one) i felt almost NO difference, only just a hell of a lot louder.

you can get 200+HP out of a NA Zetec with ITB's. the caterham guys do it all the time. as for the header, the pictures i saw while looking for it show it passing under the engine near the transmission, like the focus. if the euro cougar is like that then it should work without any issues, i know the US version has the exhaust passing under the engine along the passenger side near the subframe.
