lift up the edge and pull. Its just double sided tape.

then get some Goo Gone (http://www.magicamerican.com/products_gg.aspx) to take off any left over residue. :)

Does anyone happen to have pics of them removed? I've always contemplated doing it but part of me still likes the way the car looks with them on...
Pretty please?

I'm guessing these were an option when the cougars came out? Don't have them on my car and pretty happy about it.

i pulled mine off a couple of days ago.....found out my passenger door was definately repainted and they didnt take the molding off before hand, so my door has a nice stripe down it...... it looks horrible....anyone know how much it cost to repaint a door with all the blending?

just get new tape and put it back on. that would be better than $200 or so.

I didn't use the fishing line and more of the tape cam off with the molding. Was less work cleaning.
I had clear coat over one side to. I just clay bared it really good and it didn't look to bad. I drove like that for two years before getting the car re-painted.

I may be out of touch with style but I prefer side moldings to door dings.
