Tegan Alexander Johnson was born at 9:38am yesterday, 2/17/08! He weighed 8 lb 7oz and is 19 3/4". He has a full head of dark hair, just like his Daddy.

Hey! Thanks everyone! It took me a little while to get a quiet moment long enough to check Neco. I was coming to make the announcement, but am glad to see Heather beat me to it. :)
Tegan and Jen are doing well. No, I haven't slept more than a couple hours a night since Friday night... last night was the worst though.. at the hospital the nurses would take him... but last night was the first night at home. Jen and I are sleeping in the nursury since we kept the guest bed in there (and Jen's parents are sleeping in our room). I finally... finally got him to sleep in his crib at 6:30 am after taking shifts with Jen to keep him quiet. He's sleep as long as you were holding him... but would wake up instantly when his head touched the bed.
He's actually asleep in his crib right now... but Jen and my minds keep playing tricks on us... we keep thinking we hear him cry and have peeked in on him a dozen times in the last 30 minutes.
so far he's a good baby... doesn't cry a lot... usually is really calm. I'll post pictures as soon as I get them uploaded to a website I'm working on.
