Steering Wheel

So I just bought a steering wheel from an 01/02 to swap onto my 99 and I have a few questions.

First, how do I even go about getting the steering wheel and airbag off?

Second, I have cruise control and the new one doesn't have the switches, I'm not too bummed about it because I never use it but can I swap the switches too or do I have to buy new ones or do I just have to live without it?

Third, Do I need the 01/02 airbag controller as well or is that essentially the same as the 99/00?

Aren't the buttons shaped differently? Could always take them off the wheel and put them elsewhere? Don't know if that could be done cleanly though? :confused:

The airbag will work with a 99 module, unfortunately the cruise switches will have to be relocated.
