How to replace tag lights?

How do you get out and replace the rear tag lights?

Just reach your arm behind the bumper cover and the crash bumper/ support.
If you lay on your back, under the rear of car you can see the lights.
Then just push the metal clips in and push down on them.
They should hang down on the outside of the bumper.

thats probally the more difficult less destructive......that would be a better way of doing it, rather than using a panel popper or flat tip screwdriver to pop them out
