Anyone else seen this series of FL license plates?

Around Lee county the last couple months I've been spotting license plates that are "*** 5EX". And Florida's "5" and "S" are not very different!

The first couple I saw, I thought the owner had snuck by the License Plate Censors, but I've seen too many, and none that really made sense, for me to believe they are custom plates!

Wouldn't you hate to apply for a plate and be given "IM4 5EX"?

Even worse would be "IH8 5EX"!!

I'm sure the people driving around with these "*** 5EX" plates haven't stood back & looked at them:).

hahahaha... I think it's time I apply for a custom plate... I hadn't tought of the '5' looking like an 'S' lol

hahaha, I noticed today that my friend's regular issue plate says "D812TH" which could be sounded out as "Date 1 Tooth". Very appropriate seeing as he lives in yulee and it actually relates to a story i'm not allowed to tell anyone about him :rofl:
