Are there any clubs out there? I'd like to go out one night at fest if that.

Just ask people in the parking lot to turn up their stereo, I'll give you some glow sticks, and you can dance around till the wee hours of the morning. :P
no ghostriding though... i forbid it!

Oh, of course there are. I'm admittedly not all that familiar with the west side, but I do know that Club Rio is over there. :cover:
For those that aren't aware, Club Rio (http://www.clubrioindy.com/main.html) is a gentlemen's club where some not-so-gentlemanly folks (Indiana Pacers' Jermaine O'Neal, for example) have gotten themselves into trouble.
I can ask one of my assistants, who is a nightlife girl, where the best places are out that way and post more on Monday.

This might need to be moved to the Cougarfest section, but anyway...
On the off chance you haven't found it, Indianapolis : Home (http://www.indy.org) is the way to go. You can find just about ANYTHING to do in and around Indy, and the site lets you search based on geographical area (Cougarfest is in the west/southwest part of Indy to help you out).
Tremors and Cloud 9 are pretty popular. Tremors is located "within" a C&W place, though, and Cloud 9 does have a dress code, so folks may not be into that. Drifters is also out that way and is more "top 40" and dancehall.

I just can't imagine Indy comparing to New Orleans in any way, shape or form. I don't know how many people have actually BEEN to Bourbon Street, but *I* find it a funny comparison. :tongue:

Yeah, I thought of the Broadripple area, but I thought folks might want to stay closer to the west side/hotel. Broadripple has tons of good places...though I have to agree it pales in comparison to Bourbon Street. Far less vomit and muck in the gutters, for example.

Where are you flying in to? Indy? If you need a lift I can pick you up from the airport.
Broad Ripple is really only about 15-20 minutes from where the hotel is located. It is 2 exits North on I-465 and east. You run right into it after you get off and start heading east.
As for night life on the Westside of Indianapolis, their isn't any. The best thing on the Westside is the large amounts of shopping choices. Their are movie theaters, a bowling alley or two, and a gas station, CVS, or Walgreens at just about every intersection though.
