in short, you will wait a long, long time. might not get product, get charged a re-stocking fee on the item they didnt have. have customer service get mad at you for calling, trying to find out what is wrong with your order. ship stuff to you with out the nessacary hardware, and somehow blame it on you. never tell you that they dont have the item. (ie. duratech engine cover is still on their website, even tho they havent had it in over 2 years). and the list goes on

you can get the same ones if not better, because you can completely customize the color scheme and logos

Odered my Aussie LIghts from them, took 8 weeks. Ordered hood pins, turns out they were discontinued, yet to this day are still on the site. And have a shift knob on back-order, but they cant give me an answer as to when i'll get it, hell i'm lucky when i can get through to them on the phone. I'm hoping after they have their big move done with they'll have more efficient ways of doing business.

I think GTownCougar was talking about Pro Motion not Speed Hut. Speed Hut makes great gauges

Promotion actually gets it from them IIRC! So its better to order from them, its a lil cheaper!!!
I know there's another site we get our gauges, I'll look up the website and post here if i could find it

i had those guages in my first 99 cougar i had, i loved them, very easy to install to, besides recalibrating the guages which isn't to hard to do. the blue looked so awesome at night

I order from them at least 4-5 times a year. first thing you do. call up ask them if they have it in stock. if so, ask them to double check. then when u know its their order away. the only time I DON'T order from them is if they say we order it from someone else and get I shipped to you. which is a obvious no. do that with everything you order offline. make the customer service check. its why they get paid.

Got through today, hoping for good news, didnt get it. Apparently according to the shipping company, they recieved the knobs, but promotion cant find them. so..the shippers are tracking them down, and if they dont turn up by monday they're issuing refunds. I want my new shift knob.

I never had a problem with promotion until I ordered a a VIS carbon fiber hood through them, between VIS messing around and promotion messin around it took them over 5 months to get me it, if you call talk to James, he is the only one that knows whats going on......

Yeah, James seems to be the only one answering phones as of now. When they were in VA I always seemed to get the dumba$$ who knew nothing and I could always hear him asking my question to someone else. But since they moved to TX I think James is the only one. He does always seem to know the sitution, but it doesnt change the fact that it really sucks to have to wait for everyting.

^^^ that looks really good.... but word to the wise, I ordered clear corners/shorty antenna from there, and they took 3 MONTHS to come.
I ordered it, and after a month of waiting, I emailed the guy asking where it was. He emailed me back saying they were european backorder **** so it would be another week. So I waited another 2 months (when he told me it would be a week), and assuming my money was gone I emailed him, a little bit nastier in the second e-mail. My stuff came the next day.
Won't order from there again. Way too slow. Not enough communication. It was only $50 but it is a ****ty feeling thinking you've been completely ripped off.

Finally got it. Looks pretty good, kinda like a chrome. Was happy to see that you can keep the reverse lockout with it, although I removed it when I cut down the shifter. I'm gonna cut it down a lil more to make the grey plastic piece fit snugly inside the knob so I won't have to figure out a better way to keep the shift boot up. Hopefully It'll look alright.

And to make this an even longer wait, It doesnt fit :banghead: Gonna lightly run a tap through it tomorrow and make sure the threads are right.
EDIT- Affirmative. The knob is not even close to 1/2 - 20 threads lol. So I get to drill my new $50 knob to make it fit. Not impressed.
