I am new to NECO and am really glad I found some people in CO that are on here, I was starting to get scared I was the only out out here. Just saying hi, I guess.... I was reading you guys used to do meets. Is that still something that goes on??

yeah, i'm not the only one around colorado, glad to see another cougar in the rockies, i doubt this place has ever had a meet but its time we did

That would be awesome if we could get a meet together. My BF has a subaru and goes to them all the time and I am slightly jealous that I don't meet up with fellow cougar fanatics. (All the subaru ppl try to get me to buy a subaru.)

Hi so im new to NECO just bought a 02 silver frost zetec. Seeing who else is in the springs area. A meet would be awesome! In the summertime there is a gathering (unorganized car show) in C-springs every saturday afternoon it would be a great place for people to start to meet and go from there.... anyways anyone else in the area let me know! :evil:

I am all the way in Denver but would Definately not mind making a trip to the springs for a meet once in a while....

I am just bummed there are not more ppl in this area with cats. :( But those of us will UNITE! (sorry too much coffee this morning)

How about set it up so more of the members of RM could meat up? Here is SLC everyone who owns a cougar (except for about 3 or 4 people now) seem to be stuck up and couldn't give a darn what type of car they drive.

it depends on how far everybody is willing to travel, i'm willing to go all the way to grand junction. Sometime in April or later would be good since its going to be warm and nice driving conditions.

Since a nice hot day is a little far away from now, i think that we should start making plans when it begins to get warmer, so probably in a couple months or so. Just my opinion.

I would love a meet. GJ works for me.... But if we are going out taht way i do suggest we plan is so i can make sure i am off work. So anyone in the GJ area know a good place to meet??? Are we thinking May sometime or maybe later?

I'm trying to get some of the NECOs around here to join up on this trip. Looks like we've got a bit of a set back here though...

With both me and my fiancee being out of jobs, our car payments are slipping, not to meantion the electrical and brakes problems we are having. We're getting it sorted out though.

Yea it would be cool to meet some of you from SLC. SInce you are part of our chapter. But it is totally understandable about the money situation. Since this is a few month out that is the only way (financially) I could prolly pull of the trip to GJ.

I'm going in tomarrow because I know that the dealership my father works for is hiring for part/service. Great for me, because if I ever need anything for my blazer I can get it... The cougar will be a little tougher though (GM/Kia dealership, not ford)

Hey guys sorry I have not been on the boards for quite awhile. I live in the Denver area and still have and drive my car. I have a 02 XR with all the works I have been showing my car for the past 6 years. If we decide to have any meets let me know I am trying to get back into my car. I will let you guys know of any other meets that happen to come by. If you guys are interested there are a ton of cars that meet on Sunday at the Hamburger stand around 7 or 8.

My Boyfriend and I have been trying to get down to Hamburger stand for a few weeks.... He has a subaru he is pretty proud of....

I use to live in the Denver area but I am back in Wheat Ridge now, the hamburger stand is pretty cool but there are a lot of high school students there with there broken down cars if you know what I mean. Anyway if you know anyone that wants to buy a cougar let me know I am trying to sell my car for about 9k.
