Go-Karting meet Saturday January 12th. 2:00 PM!

The meet would take place at Formula Kartways (http://www.formulakartways.com/) in Brampton.

I don't know that anyone else will go later on either. Nobody else has shown any interest. I'll still go even if it's just the four of us. ;)

Alright... I just called for some more info... here's what I found out:

License (everyone needs one) - $10/year
Racing "Session" - $25/10 minutes = 16+ laps (1 lap = 1/4mile)

So, its up to you guys. It's a little more pricey, but the karts are alot (20HP!) faster.

In the end, I guess it pretty much works out to the same amount you'd pay at Formula Kartways. You get 20 laps for $27ish but I think the track is shorter and each lap is approximately 30-35 seconds long.

So, you guys decide... ;)

I'm always willing to try new things, but I always keep my ears open to other opinions before trying something out.

Based on Evans comments, my thoughts are we stick with what we know. We never had a bad experience at Kartways, and it is cheaper (although negligable).

Even though we may come out smelling....I kinda like the smell of rich burning fuel anyway. :tongue:
